It's that time of year when we begin to think about the next school year. Our district employee calendar vote will take place the week of February 8 with submissions due by 10:00 a.m. February 12. Much thought has gone into the 4 samples to be voted on as the district will go to total minutes in the classroom as opposed to the traditional number of days students come to school during the 16-17 school year. With the guidance of the curriculum department, it has been the District's Site Base Committee's challenge to come up with models that reflect the best usage of instructional time with our students.
