Vidor ISD GED Preparation
GED
The GED Test offers adults who left school an opportunity to earn a high school credential. GED examinees must demonstrate major skills (twelfth grade competencies that would have been acquired in a four year high school education) in a battery of tests covering four major subject areas: Reading/Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, , and Mathematics.

Exam Prep
  • Held each Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5-8 p.m. in AIM Center HS Room 119. Please enter through the 2nd door at the back of the building.
  • New students are accepted on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 5 p.m. promptly. No early registration is available.
  • Register onsite at class time.
  • Bring pencil or pen, paper and a calculator.
  • Progress tests are given to measure knowledge and improvement to indicate when student is prepared to take the test.
  • Vidor ISD is a member of the Safe and Drug Free Schools - no smoking while on the campus.
