- Position mouse over message to be read
- Double-click
- Message is displayed in new window
- Click X at top-right hand corner of window to close message & return
to inbox

- Select message to be deleted > Click Delete on keyboard or
- Right-click on message > Select Delete or
- While viewing message > Select (Delete) button
on the Tool Bar

- Select message > press Delete key

- Click Automatically include your signature on outgoing messages
- Create signature

- Search Global Address List (everyone in organization) or Contacts
- Enter info in one of the available fields
- Click Find
- Click on name to send message
- Click New Message button

- Enter contact information in appropriate fields
- Click Save and Close button

- Click To: field
- Search for and select recipient

- Open Contacts screen
- Click on New drop-down menu
- Choose Distribution List

- Create Name for list
- Click Find Names
- Search for Contact or use Global Address List
- Click Add to Distribution List button
- Continue until all names are added to list
- Click Save and Close button

- Create New Message
- Click the TO: field
- Select Distribution List to be sent to

- Create New Folder
- Click drop-down menu on New button > Select Folder
- Type name of New Folder
- Click OK

- Highlight and drag message to appropriate Folder
- or
- Right-click on message
- Select Move/Copy to Folder
- Select appropriate folder

- Click Rules in Navigation Pane
- Select New
- Type in Rule Name
- In subject contains field, type in a keyword that subject would have
(i.e. SPAM)
- Under Then, select the specified folder to move the message to (i.e.
Move it to Junk Email folder)
- Click Save and Close

- Click on Options in Navigation Pane
- Scroll down and select Change Password
- Type in Old Password
- Type in New Password
Confirm New Password
- Click Reset
- Click OK

- Right click on desktop
- Select New > Shortcut
- Type in: https://share.texasesc.net/exchange/
- Click Next
- Name the shortcut email
- Click Finish
